  • AI-generated recommendations and insights
  • Technical SEO audit reports
  • Premium features available through paid subscriptions

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and valid website URLs for analysis
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • You will not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service

4. Service Limitations

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of SEO analysis results
  • Service availability may be affected by maintenance or technical issues
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time

5. Payment Terms

  • Premium features require a one-time payment
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • All payments are final and non-refundable
  • We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Dissatisfaction with the service
  • Change of mind
  • We can offer a refund in case of technical issues or service interruptions

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content and materials provided by the Service are our property
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • You retain rights to your website content and data

7. Limitation of Liability

SEO Pole and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
